At The Happy Place @ Tinnanbar, we aim to keep our rates as affordable as possible so more families and friends can enjoy a peaceful, beachside getaway.

Quiet Off Peak -Rates are for up to 6 guests
$130 per night (minimum night Stay: 2 nights)
7 nights or more receive a 5% disc
School Holidays -Rates are for up to 6 guests
$140 per night (minimum night stay of 7 nights may apply)
7 nights or more receive a 5% disc
Australia Day, Anzac Day and May Long Weekends - Rates are for up to 6 guests
$140/night (minimum of 2 nights stay applies)
Easter Weekend, Christmas and New Years - Rates are for up to 6 guests
$145/ night (minimum night stay applies)
Additional guests: $10 per person, per night
Maximum occupancy:10 guests (strictly enforced)
Bond:A refundable $100 bond is automatically included in the displayed booking total.This will be returned via bank transfer after your stay, provided everything is left in good condition.
House Rules: Please make sure to read the house rules, which are available under the tab above. After booking, guests will receive a guest guide via email. A printed copy is also available at the property. It is each guest’s responsibility to read and understand this information.
Sleeping Arrangements & Extra Guests
Campervans, mobile homes, rooftop tents, and swags are not permitted unless approved in advance.
Day visitors are welcome, but if staying overnight, please notify us and pay the extra guest fee.
Camping across the road is not allowed (per council regulations. Fines are enforced).
Important Notes
Our holiday home is self-contained and un-serviced, which means it’s all yours to enjoy — but you’ll need to bring a few essentials and tidy up before you leave. No cleaner comes in after your stay.
We do not accept schoolies bookings. No parties or large events at the home allowed.
Pets must be pre-approved
Guests do not have access to the shed or any locked areas on the property.
